Life: upside down ugly mess?

Does it feel like life is upside down and things are an ugly mess? A recent breakup, unemployed, diagnosed with cancer!

Romans 8:28 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. We will break this down with Jonathan Pokluda in Welcome to Adulting Chapter 32.

[And we know] [God has control over all things] [For Good] [Those who love Him and called according to His purpose]

The biggest challenge we often have is defining "good". Good is defined in the next two versus.

Romans 8:29-30 For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified. 

To be more like Jesus and have eternal glory is the good!

Your life maybe like one of those paintings that while painted and completed looks like an mess and nothing impressive;

UNTIL, it is turned over and it is a beautiful work of art.
