Perfect timing and hope this helps you today also. Chapter 29 : Welcome to Adulting addresses worry.

Three quick things to think about when worry begins.
a.) God is in control : Like those toys that mimic driving while riding in the car, the child may turn right but the driver actually turns left. He is in control!
b.) God is good: We may not understand every reason or why. Ponder, even the disciples who walked with Jesus and listened to Jesus, didn't initially understand the His death, but today I am so thankful He is good and perfect. He is good!
c.) One day at a time: I seldom ever worry because I give my worries a 24 hour boundary. Meaning if I can't fix or do something about it in the next 24 hours, I push it further back to address it at a later time. At times I need to break down the worry into steps and keep the next little step in the forefront, but push the remaining back until the first step is done. But I refuse to worry about the whole problem at one time.
e.) Yes, I said three but as writing this I thought of #4 I want to add: God loves YOU!
Are you "Worried for No Reason" when we should be "Trusting God with Good Reason"?
Matthew 6:8 "So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him."
Matthew 6:31-32 "Do not worry then, saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear for clothing?' For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things."
Matthew 7:7-11 "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!"
